Do you do indoor photo sessions?

Due to COVID-19, we are currently conducting all photo sessions outdoors only.

Will the photographer practice social distancing during my photo session?

Yes, to practice both social and physical distancing, our Avizeon Studios photographers will remain 10 feet away from each client on all scheduled sessions. Keeping space between you and our photographers is one of the best tools we have to avoid being exposed to this virus and slowing its spread locally and across the country and world. At any point will their be physical contact between the Photographer and the Client. I understand that I will not be shown photos on the day of my scheduled shoot to avoid contact with the photographer and avoid any possible COVID-19 exposure. I trust the photographers judgement and expertise during my session.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

A: No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with low apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so we spend hours doing that on our end. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. We might snap a few extras of any of these moments to make sure we have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With our expertise of processing hundreds of images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best one.This is a frequently asked question?

Does Avizeon Studios do headshots, individual portraits, family portraits, newborn shoots, commercial photography, or other types of photography?

We're Awkward In Front Of The Camera. Is That Okay?

Of Course! Not everyone likes to stand in front of the camera. Our job its to make you feel at ease to help capture the best of you. Most of the time you won't even know were are there allowing you to relax and allowing us to make the photos you deserve.

How Do We Book You?

Please fill out the interest form on the contact us page. Our team will contact you to discuss the information submitted in the form. A $50 (plus taxes) non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

What if I want to cancel my photo session?

Client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the $50 (Plus taxes) fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

If Avizeon Studios photographer cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer’s illness or emergency, then Avizeon Studios shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Who has rights to these photos?
